Clones of Pinot Noir exemplify the rich minerality, soils, and cool weather of the Sonoma Coast, resulting in beautifully balanced wines that enhance every meal. Each bottle is hand-harvested and hand-produced.

Region: Sonoma Coast

Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir

Vineyard: On Gap's Crown Vineyard, selected clones of Pinot Noir were planted 25 years ago in the Petaluma Gap Region on soils consisting of Goulding Sandy Loam.

Winemaking: Grapes are hand-harvested by night and immediately pressed. Fermentation takes place in barrels with native yeast, then the wine is aged for 10 months on lees in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: This wine offers bright red cherry, cranberry, and fresh red fruit aromas. The palate is marked by rose petals on entry, followed by a long finish with hints of white pepper.

Food Pairing: This wine pairs well with a large range of food but is perfect with tasty dishes such as grilled salmon, roasted chicken, or pork with garlic or herb sauce.
