Clones of Pinot Noir exemplify the rich minerality, soils, and cool weather of the Sonoma Coast, resulting in beautifully balanced wines that enhance every meal. Each bottle is hand-harvested and hand-produced.

Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir

Vineyard: On Gap's Crown Vineyard, selected clones of Pinot Noir were planted 15 years ago on the west-facing hillside of Sonoma Mountain, offering multiple exposures and excellent Petaluma Gap climate conditions. The soil consists of Goulding Cobbley Loam.

Winemaking: Grapes are hand-harvested by night and immediately pressed. Fermentation takes place in barrels with native yeast, then the wine is aged for 10 months on lees in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: This wine offers a nose of juicy blackberry and dark fruit notes. The lush and structured palate reveals silky fruit aromas with notes of cooking spices and berry cobbler.

Food Pairing: This wine matches well with a large range of food but is perfect with tasty dishes such as grilled salmon, roasted chicken, or pork with garlic or herb sauce.
