Riberal - Crianza

$0.00

The Frutos Villar family has long been linked to vineyards and the world of wine, but it was at the beginning of the 20th century that this connection intensified, beginning a business venture in the wine industry, contracting and selling wine from the Toro region locally. They bought several estates in different areas like Bodegas Santa Eulalia. This has allowed them to create their wines in four of the nine quality regions recognized on the wine map of Castilla y León.

Region & Appellation: Ribera del Duero

Grape Variety: 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo)

Winemaking: Pre-fermentation maceration at 8°C ensures flavor extraction, followed by controlled fermentation in stainless steel and wood vats at 27-29°C. The wine is run-off, settled, and aged in barrels.

Food Pairing: Best enjoyed with grilled lamb chops, slow-cooked beef stew, aged manchego cheese, and herb-crusted pork tenderloin.
