Region: Languedoc-Roussillon
Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay
Vineyard: Grown on the hottest and driest soils of the Languedoc, on dry and pebbly lands.
Winemaking: Pneumatic pressing. Cold static clarification on the lees. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel, temperature-controlled vats.
Tasting Notes: A nice yellow color with golden glints. Highly aromatic nose with notes of pineapple and pear. Nice sensation of freshness on the palate with aromas of white-fleshed fruits and flowers.
Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, with fish in white butter sauce, or a pear tart. Serve between 10 and 12°C.
