Winemaking: ''Pet-Nat'' = ''Alive'' in English is a Pétillant Naturel, which means, it follows the ''méthode ancestrale'' without intervention / addition of any sort in the winemaking; No use of pesticides, insecticides, chemicals, nor sulfites. Gently pressed with 100% de-stemmed Grenache Noir grapes, this rosé undergoes partial fermentation in stainless steel vats and natural fermentation in the bottle using native yeasts. The wine is not disgorged, resulting in a natural cloudiness and total SO2 content of less than 15 mg/L.

Tasting Notes: A fresh, sparkling delight with a fine nose of fresh flowers, red fruit, and delicate bubbles. Best enjoyed well chilled as an aperitif.
