WINEMAKING: Alcoholic fermentation is done in stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation is done in barrels.
AGEING: This wine is aged in 228-liter barrels for 9 to 12 months, with 20% of the barrels being new oak.
TASTING NOTES: This fine blend of Saint-Aubin 1er Cru appellations is yellow in color with golden highlights. On the nose, aromas of white flowers, green almond, beeswax and cinnamon reveal all the complexity of Bourgogne great Chardonnays. Its firm, caressing palate is beautifully balanced.
