WINEMAKING: Alcoholic fermentation is done in stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation is done in barrels.
AGEING: This wine is aged in 228-liter barrels for 9 to 12 months, with 20% of the barrels being new oak.
TASTING NOTES: Situated in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, Saint-Aubin is surrounded by famous neighbors such as Puligny and Chassagne, as well as the prestigious Montrachet. Its pale gold color has lovely bright hues. On the nose, aromas of citrus fruit, white flowers and yellow fruit reveal all the complexity of Bourgogne's great Chardonnays. The palate is clean and full-bodied, with a lovely liveliness.
