WINEMAKING: Alcoholic fermentation is done in stainless steel vats. Throughout this process, there are daily pumping over and light punching of the cap. Subsequently, malolactic fermentation occurs in barrels.
AGEING: the wine is stored in 228-liter barrels for a duration of 9 to 12 months, with 20% of these barrels being new oak.
TASTING NOTES: Pommard, an emblematic appellation of Bourgone, presents itself as an iron fist in a velvet glove. Its deep ruby red color captures the eye, while its bouquet reveals enticing aromas of red fruits, black cherries, and a hint of ripe plums, showcasing the complexity typical of Bourgogne Pinot Noirs. On the palate, it impresses with its structure, complexity, generosity, subtlety, and refinement.
