WINEMAKING: Alcoholic fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is done in oak barrels.

AGEING: The ageing process lasts for 12 months using 20% to 30% new oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES: This wine is a brilliant straw-yellow color. On the nose, aromas of hawthorn, acacia and honeysuckle mingle with verbena and hazelnut. The palate is clear, lively and full-bodied, with excellent balance. The structure will ensure a significant aging potential.
