Winemaking: Grapes are entirely de-stemmed and macerated for around 28 days, then aged in vat and barrels before blending.

Grape Varieties: Grenache 50%, Syrah 40%, Mourvèdre 10%.

Tasting Notes: Deep and spicy with aromas of blackcurrants and raspberry jam, solid structure, and superb length.

Food Pairing: Guinea foul, coq au vin, beef stew, casserole
