TASTING NOTES: This cuvée is misleadingly reminiscent of a worthy Saint Joseph! Distinguished and typically "North" with notes of violet. It exhibits a lot of depth and density in the mouth.
TERROIR: Larnage, Battis, Gervans, Habrard, decomposed granite.
AGEING: 12 months in one-year-old and new barrels (Allier and Tronçais). Then, 6 months in foudre (large oak barrel).
WINEMAKING: 1/3 non-destemmed.
