The 2022 cuvée depicts a moment of complicity between winemaker Jean-Guillaume Hyde de Neuville and Chateaubriand, named 'L’Illustre Voyageur'. The wine offers an explosion of flavors, balancing acidity and depth for a remarkable tasting experience. L’Illustre Voyageur is a wine that gives full expression to the oldest sauvignon blanc vines on the estate, which are distinguished by their incredibly aromatic grapes.
Food Pairing: Pairs exquisitely with lobster thermidor, roasted sea bass with fennel, grilled asparagus with lemon zest, and aged Comté cheese.
