Winemaking: Hand-harvested and hand-sorted, La Crau de ma Mère undergoes maceration in concrete vats with indigenous yeasts and lactic bacteria. Aging in foudres, demi-muids, and barrels for 20 months, followed by light filtration and bottling at the estate.
Tasting Notes: Finesse and strength combine in La Crau de ma Mère, with aromas of blackberry and rose on the nose. The palate reveals ripe red fruits, smooth tannins, and a chocolate finish.
