Vineyards: The Dentelles feature seven different soil types, contributing to the wine's unique complexity. The old vines, planted at higher altitudes, provide both freshness and concentration to the wine.
Winemaking: This wine has not been aged in oak Tasting Notes: The wine exhibits pronounced aromas and flavors of blackcurrant and black pepper. Both the nose and palate are spicy, with a finish characterized by smooth and pleasant tannins.
Tasting notes: A bright dark red colour. A nose with aromas of blackberries, raspberries, blackcurrant and liquorice. The palate has notes of ripe fruit, spices and pepper. A well present aromatic freshness, a perfect balance in the mouth with a beautiful structure without any aggressiveness.
