Domaine Montrose - Solis Lumen Orange
This estate has a nine-generation history of winemaking in Languedoc, where the Mediterranean Sea, wind, and sun influence our wines. Olivier Coste is the owner and winemaker. The wine is carbon neutral, made with eco-friendly practices and a commitment to preserving the planet.
Appellation: Vin de France
Region: Languedoc
Grape Variety: 90% Muscat petits grains, 10% Grenache Blanc
Soil Type: Calcareous-clay
Winemaking: Grapes are destemmed and macerated in concrete tanks, then undergo traditional vinification to achieve an orange color without bitterness. After maceration, the grapes are gently pressed, and the free-run and press juices are aged in tanks for 6 months before bottling.
Tasting Notes: Clear and brilliant golden orange color. Blood orange and citrus notes with decent body and integrated tannins on the palate.
Food pairing: The rich aromas and tannins from Solis Lumen Orange will perfectly complement your aperitifs with friends, Asian cuisine and cheese platters.
