Claire Clavel follows her ancestors who have been winegrowers since 1640. Supported by her father and a large team, Claire leads the 198-acre Domaine Clavel, aiming for character, authenticity, and friendliness in their wines.

Grape Varieties: 60% Grenache - 30% Syrah - 10% Marselan
Vineyard: Vines are planted on sloping hills with a clay and limestone soil. The Mediterranean climate features hot, dry summers, mild winters, and year-round sunshine, providing ideal conditions for ripening grapes.
Winemaking: Crushing and destemming, vinification per parcel and grape variety, controlled temperatures with hydrothermic flags, treading with a treading robot.
Tasting Notes: Beautiful carmine red color, bright and deep. His nose, powerful and delightful, expresses notes of fresh red fruits wrapped with a nice touch of cocoa. The palate is soft and round, with a nice aromas of fresh fruit. Long finish on silky tannins.
Food Pairing: It pairs well with starters and grilled meat, reflecting the Mediterranean climate of the region.
