Château Brown - Le Colombier de Brown White
Le Colombier de Brown is the second wine of Château Brown, reflecting the same terroir and care as the Grand Vin.
Appellation: Pessac-Leognan White
Region: Bordeaux
Grape Varieties: 63% Sémillon, 37% Sauvignon Blanc
Winemaking: The grapes are manually harvested and sorted, then undergo light pressing and cold must settling in small thermo-regulated stainless steel vats before alcoholic fermentation in barrels and maturing over fine lees in French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Complex aromas of citrus zest, Williams pear, sweet vanilla, and a fresh spiced note of cardamom, with a surprisingly refreshing finish.
