Grape Varieties: Grenache Blanc 60%, Rolle 10%, Roussanne 30%
Winemaking: The grapes are harvested by hand and directly crushed upon picking. Fermentation takes place in tanks at low temperatures (unoaked) for all three varietals. Low yields and full maturity give this wine a gentle, ample, and very fresh mouthfeel. The tank fermentation helps preserve its freshness. The superb fruit quality makes this wine explosively good now.
Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, with tapas, seafood, or white meat. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.
