Winemaking: Pet-Nat is made using the méthode ancestrale without intervention. The double fermentation occurs naturally, resulting in a sparkling wine with no added sulfites or chemicals.
Tasting Notes: This Pet-Nat displays notes of Verbena, Jasmin, and White Peach. It is mouthfilling with a touch of refreshing dry bitterness and a menthol/peppermint finish.
Serving and Pairing with Food: Ideal with fried chicken tenders or calamari.
