This slightly sparkling rosé wine is 100% made from Pinot Noir. Crafted according to the Ancestral Method, it displays delightful aromas and flavors of Black berries, Blackberry, Red fruits and Forest fruits. This wine is exceptionally fruity and enjoyable, while remaining very light due to its low alcohol content (only 11% vol).

Vineyard: The vines are planted on steep slopes with excellent sunlight exposure, which helps the grapes ripen well. Additionally, the winegrowers are certified HVE (High Environmental Value), a standard of excellence for biodiversity and low levels of inputs.

During winemaking, a low temperature is maintained to ensure only a slight level of sweetness. This wine was created by the winemaker in memory of his grandfather, Marcel.

Serving and Pairing with Food: Serve between 8 to 10°C. Ideal for aperitifs or desserts. Best enjoyed young (within 2 years).
