Cellier Lingot Martin - Cuvée Marie-Louise Pet Nat
Marie Louise is a sparkling rosé made from Gamay grapes, cultivated on steep slopes in Haut Bugey, France. It is a tribute to the winemaker's grandmother, with fruity aromas and a light, effervescent mouthfeel.
Appellation: Vin de France, Pétillant Naturel
Region: Bugey
Tasting Notes: Luminous pink color, fine bubbles, fruity aromas of red fruits, perfect for aperitifs and desserts.
Winemaking: The wine undergoes partial fermentation at low temperature in the vat, resulting in a low-level sweet wine. The fermentation is stopped at low temperature, retaining the yeasts to continue fermentation in the bottle, creating the foam.
Serving and Pairing with Food: Serve between 8 to 10°C. Ideal for aperitifs or desserts. Best enjoyed young (within 2 years).
