The company CELENE has specialized in the production of sparkling wines since 1947. Located in Haux, in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers region, CELENE owes its expertise to its underground galleries built from the limestone rock of the right Garonne river bank in the 18th century.

Food Pairing: Best served between 5°C and 8°C, preferably in an ice bucket.
