The palate is elegant, silky, with medium-high acidity, powerful and velvety tannins, it is structured, harmonious, with great persistence and varietal character in the mouth. The finish is long and spicy.
Food Pairing: Serve with well-seasoned red meats such as Oxtail on sweet potato purée and its own juice sauce.
