Grape Varieties: 85% Chardonnay, 15% Semillon

Winemaking: Grape clusters are manually selected and whole berries pressed. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at 15 – 18 °C for 15 - 20 days, with 20% aged in French oak barrels for 2 months.

Tasting Notes: Golden-yellow color with green hues. Aromas of apricots, peaches, ripe pineapples and orange zest. Oily texture in the mouth with accentuated acidity. Floral andfruity with a balanced finish.

Food Pairing: Enjoy with grilled hake and Chilean salad (tomatoes and onions).
