Vineyards: It comes from 80 to 100 years old gobelet-trained vineyards in Rueda, Spain.
Winemaking: Fermented at 15º C with selected yeasts. Aged on lees in stainless steel vat for five months with bâtonnage.
Tasting Notes: Pale yellow with greenish highlights, clean, bright and transparent. Intense floral aromas with a round and unctuous palate, finishing with lingering flower notes.
Food Pairing: Perfect for pairing with fish and grilled meat.
