This wine is 100% Chardonnay.

VINIFICATION

Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats.
Malolactic fermentation in barrel.

AGEING

In 228-litres barrels for 9 to 12 months, with 20% new oak.

TASTING

Situated in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, Saint-Aubin is surrounded by famous neighbours such as Puligny and Chassagne, as well as the prestigious Montrachet. Its pale gold colour has lovely bright hues. On the nose, aromas of citrus fruit, white flowers and yellow fruit reveal all the complexity of Bourgogne’s great Chardonnays. The palate is clean and full-bodied, with a lovely liveliness.
