VINIFICATION
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels.
AGEING
In barrel for 12 months, with 20% to 30% new oak barrels.
TASTING
This wine has a brilliant straw-yellow colour. On the nose, aromas of hawthorn, acacia and honeysuckle mingle with verbena and hazelnut. The
palate is clear, lively and full-bodied, with excellent balance. The structure will ensure a significant aging potential.
