VINIFICATION

Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats.

AGEING

In stainless steel vats on fine lees for 9 months.

TASTING
The warmth is predominant in this 1er Cru Les Fourneaux , illustrated by the steep limestone slope. This pale gold-coloured 1er Cru has aromas of white flowers and light notes of mint and liquorice. It is straightforward, vigorous and generous on the palate. Its volume and
structure give it a complex, persistent finish.
