THE WINE
This special cuvée has been aged 24 months in oak barrels. As with wines from Burgundy, the color is pale but the nose is intense. It is 99% Grenache.
SOILS
Sandy “Bas de la Crau”.
AGEING
12 months in two and three vintages barrels – Allier et Tronçais. Then 12 months in foudre.
VINIFICATION
100% non destemmed.
