Gigondas La Cave La Référence

This Gigondas “Référence” comes from the foothills of the Dentelles in the South of France from the little village of Gigondas. Actually, there are 7 different soils on the Dentelles that give unique complexity to the wine. The old vines planted in altitude give freshness and concentration to the wine. Moreover, it has not been aged in oak. Indeed, it shows pronounced pure aromas and flavours of blackcurrant and black pepper and the nose and palate are spicy. On the finish, the tannins are smooth and pleasant.
