Since 1975, in the heart of the Mediterranean sea, the Aghione Winemakers work their vineyard with passion to offer the best of their terroir, located in the Easter Corsican plain.

Vineyard:

Vines grow between the sea and the mountain, they are part of wonderful landscapes composed of both snow peaks and white sand beaches. The vineyard recovers 2100 acres which are situated just around the winery.

Winemaking:

This vintage benefits from a quite particular fermentation. We adapted the ancestral method, traditionally used for our Muscatu Frizzante, but this time with a total fermentation of the must of grape of Vermentinu. This sparkling wine is unique(only) stemming coach of one primary fermentation ( no secondary fermentation) where we pushed yeasts until complete transformation(processing) of sugars. He(it) results from it a unique(only) sparkling wine, being characterized by an excellent expression of his(its) vine, Vermentinu, and by a tasting ” Special Raw(Gross) of Blanc de blanc wine.

The sterile edition in bottles is later realized mutage in the course of fermentation, the bubble is completely natural without any addition of gas to respect at best the aromas of fruits of the grape.

Tasting note:

Aria di Casanova presents a golden, brilliant and perfectly crystal clear pink dress. The excitement is supported and the bubble is fine. The nose is aromatic and elegant on notes(marks) of white flowers and dried fruits. The mouth is fresh(cool) and air, with one typical finale of citrus fruits of the vine Vermentinu. To have a rough time according to your desires(envies), Aria di Casanova will enter also marvelously the universe of the mixology, for the composition of your most original cocktails(cocktail parties).

This sparkling rose is aimed to be chilled and shared with friends as an apperitif but can also matches with Asian food or any fish dishes.
