Mallards and African geese have the same incubation period, so I wouldnt think it would be different.......Muscovies have a longer Incubation period than mallards....thats why its messed up, I am sorry if I am misinterpreting you, and I don't mean to say this offensively or anything like that.....But all domestic geese have the same incubation period....I am not sure if you are thinking a muscovy is a goose (Its a duck) or you thinking of a wild breed of goose. Many look nothing like wild Mallards in plumage, structure or size (some are huge!) Indeed there are instances of hybrids bearing a more striking resemblance to a third species than to either of their two parent species. Turns out these are some kind of domesticated, mallard-based duck, either Saxonies or Indian Runner Ducks, per comments below. Nearly all of those hybrids are actually the cross between different breeds of ducks that result in what appears to be a goose-duck crossbreed but is not.
