Trombetta – Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast
Sonoma Coast
Limited production wines by mother-and-daughter duo Rickey Trombetta Stancliff and Erica Stancliff. Clones of Pinot Noir exemplify the rich minerality, soils and cool weather of the Sonoma Coast, resulting in a beautifully balanced wine, enhancing every meal. Each and every bottle has been hand harvested and hand produced.
Grape Varieties:
100% Pinot Noir
Vineyard:
On Gap’s Crown Vineyard, selected clones of Pinot Noir have been planted 25 years ago in the Petaluma Gap Region on soils consisting of Goulding Sandy Loam.
Winemaking:
Grapes are hand-harvested by night and immediately pressed. The fermentation takes place in barrel with native yeast, then the wine is aged for 10 months on lees in French oak barrels.

This wine offers bright red cherry, cranberry and fresh red fruits aromas. The palate is marked by rose petals on entry followed by long finish with hints of white pepper.
Food pairing:
This wine matches well a large range of food but will be perfect with tasty dishes such as grilled salmon, roasted chicken or pork along with garlic or herbs sauce.
