Winemaking:

Winemaking promotes all the crisp and fresh aromatic quality of Sauvignon Blanc by using cold pressured fermentation stainless steel on very fine lees to enrich the wine. No oak!

Bright yellow color. Aromatic nose of fresh fruits, spicy/grassy notes, citrus. Lively crisp and dry palate, light and fresh sensations to the finish
