Tasting note:

Bright, pale gold with green hues. The nose is open and complex, there are floral notes (white flowers) and fruity (exotic fruits). The attack on the palate is supple and ample. The structure maintains a nice balande. Very good aromatic persistence on the fruit.

Food pairing:

Served at the aperitif around pot of rillettes, crustaceans, we will continue on a white fish served with lemon cream. At the end of the meal, with a fresh goat cheese or slightly refined
