Domaine du Moulin Sparkling White Gaillac
Domaine du Moulin is a six generation family estate located on the right side of the Tarn river in Southwest France, leading 49 acres of limestone terroir. This wine is 100% made from white grape Mauzac. These old vines has been picked by hand between 11 to 11.5%vol. Indeed, it preserve fresh and crispy aromas and flavours of green apple. According to the Ancestral Method, the wine has been fermented at low temperature. Then, a second fermentation takes place in bottle before final bottling.
Serving and pairing with food: serve well chilled and pair with aperetif or dessert.
