Through a sustainable agriculture, the Paux-Rosset family orientates the vineyard towards qualitative production.

100% Chardonnay

Vineyard:

Vines grow on a loam and sandy soil, formed from sediments of Miocene.

Winemaking:

After a manual harvest, the bunches are sorted on tables and pressed. Then juices lie separately on fine lees in steel vats for 3 months.

Tasting note:

This wine presents golden tones and offers deep aromas of white pears with a  tonic and refreshing palate.

Food pairing:

This wine will match with spicy starters and grilled shellfish but will be perfect for an aperitif.
