Maison Celene Améthyste
The AOC Crémant de Bordeaux has been created in 1990 and is based on the traditional Champagne method. The grape varieties used are the classic ones like Sémillon, Muscadelle and Cabernet-Franc. In this case, “Blanc de Noirs” significate that we are using black grapes to make this wine. We only not macerate the skins with the juice to keep a clean white wine.
Indeed, this sparkling Crémant de Bordeaux has a beautiful structure with redcurrant aromas combined with freshness and a long finish. We have the combination of strenght, rare finesse and a hint of minerality.
