Winemaking:

Traditional vinification avoiding fermentation in tanks prevents premature oxidation.  Fermentation separated.

Wines of various partial malolactic and aging in tap to keep the complete aromas possible.

A light dosage of Brut to keep the balance among fresh, fruity and vinosite to finally keep the value of the wine’s character.

Ageing:

Ageing in the caves of our maison, at the temperature controlled in 12 ° C for 2 years.

Vivid color with clear golden nuance.

Nose:

The first nose presents the aromas of the white fresh of fruits, like pear and prune.
