Ile de Beaute IGP
Since 1975, in the heart of the Mediterranean sea, the Aghione Winemakers work their vineyard with passion to offer the best of their terroir, located in the Easter Corsican plain.
Grape Variety:
Sciacarellu – Cinsault
Vineyard:
Vines grow between the sea and the mountain, they are part of wonderful landscapes composed of both snow peaks and white sand beaches. The vineyard recovers 2100 acres which are situated just around the winery.
Winemaking:
The harvest are made at night in the order to preserve the grapes from the oxidation, followed by a direct pressing, and a fermentation with cold temperature and aging on lees in the aim to preserve aromatic freshness of the wine.
Tasting note:
The dress is a bright pale gray, the nose is full of finesse with some floral notes of honeysuckle. The palate is very fresh and balaced, with a good mouthfeel and a very aromatic final.
Food Pairing:
This rose wine will be appreciated chilled with Mediterranean and Asian food, as well as with grilled meats.

This is my first time trying a rose’ and I absolutely love it! Not sweet at all and the aftertaste is very pretty , leaves the pallet clean. Pairing with a grilled chicken breast
