Appellation Ile de Beauté
This wine is made from the grape Sciacarellu, emblematic grape of the Corsican rose wine, and from Cinsault.

The grape grow on sandy land between sea and mountains.
Winemaking:
The harvest are made at night in the order to preserve the grapes from the oxidation, followed by a direct pressing, and a fermentation with cold temperature and aging on lees in the aim to preserve aromatic freshness of the wine.
Tasting note:
The dress is a bright pale gray, the nose is full of finesse with some floral notes of honeysuckle.
The palate is very fresh and balanced, with a good mouthfeel and a very aromatic final.
Food pairing:
The rose wine will be appreciated chilled as an accompaniment to Mediterranean and Asian cooking, as well as with grilled meats.
