Located in the north of Aix en Provence, the domain is situated bet- ween 350 to 480 meters high, sur- rounded by Sainte Victoire’s hill. The vineyard covers more than 60 hec- tares planted on limestone and clay soils mixed with gravel. Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Grenache, Merlot, Cinsault, Carignan are culti- vated on 3 plots : La Grande Pièce, Chantemerle and La Colline. The blend brings complexity to our red wines.

Winemaking:

• Hand harvested
• Fermentation in stainless steel vats
• Maceration: 3 week
• Ageing for 12 months in oak barrels (50% of the blend in wood and 50% in tank)
