Vineyard:
The character of the wines from Escarelle is intimately linked to the altitude and geology of the estate. On limestone gravel-based soils, vines benefit from a very long sun exposure.
Winemaking:
After harvest, the complete destemming of the grapes is followed by a short skin maceration at low temperature in order to develop all the aromas of the wine.
Tasting Note:
Beautiful rosé with an elegant and fine nose. The palate is fresh and full of flavors offering slightly notes of fruit and flowers.
Food Pairing:
Perfect as an aperitif with tapas to share with friends
