Côtes de Provence AOC

Grapes Varieties:

Cinsault 40% – Grenache 30%-Syrah 30%

Vineyard:

The creation of the Château de Brigue’s vineyard started in 1970 as a family venture. Following the founder Roger Brun’s steps, his son Fernand developed the estate and today, the third generation  of winemakers and brothers carry on the tradition in the winery.  Through the accumulated dedication and know-how of each generation, Château de Brigue raised to an institution of superior winemaking and one of the largest family estate in Provence.

Winemaking:

Villa Brigue Rosé is the true expression of Provence, made from the selection of the best grapes from a 22-year old vine. The grapes are harvested during the night only, directly pressed and vinified in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

Tasting Note:

Bright pink color, with an aromatic nose of red berries,  a crispy and dry palate enhance by a clean and refreshing finish.

Pairing food:

This rosé will be delightful with a Ceasar Salad or it can be enjoyed as an aperitif with friends.
