Château de Brigue is located in the heart of Provence. With a total are of 197 acres, the production comes from four different plots in the best areas for winemaking in South of France, which have characterized the quality and complexity of Brigue’s wines since 1779.
Winemaking:
Harvesting is done by night in order to preserve the freshness of berries. The long and regular fermentation give the wine a fruity and complex character.
Tasting Note:
With a clear and bright color, this wine has strength on the palate with red-currant flavors and a citrus and crispy finish.
Pairing Food:
This wine is perfect with grilled lobster, seafood and fresh grilled or stir fried vegetables.
