Grape Variety:

Grenache – Cinsault

Vineyard:

Vines grow on a clay and limestone soil with sustainable methods.

Winemaking:

Grapes are harvested at perfect maturity and undergo a pneumatic pressing. After a cold settling and racking the fermentation takes place at controlled and low temperature. To keep all the natural characteristics of the wine, the aging is done in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Note:

This Pays d’Oc is a pure expression of the finesse and elegance of his terroir. This beautiful blend gives us a lovely light pink color and a nice fruity nose and palate. It offers attractive and delicate aromas.
