Destemmed and crushed, the must is vinified traditionally with a week of vatting in average and a moderated extraction.

Intense nose of cherry and red fruits. Fine and light on the palate with soft tannins.

To serve at 14°C, will pair well with white meats in sauce, mixed salads, pizza and creamy cheeses.
