Vineyard:
Tenuta i Fauri is not simply the brand name of a company, it is first and foremost a family, dedicated to wine production since many years. The vines are located in the Villamagna vineyard, stretch on a clay-calcereous soil and their pruning follow the single curtain system.
Winemaking:
The traditional winemaking is made in concrete vats to keep all the natural characteristics of the grapes. The maceration last for 10 to 12 days, after fining the wine is aged for 9 months.
Tasting Note:
The intense and fine fragrance of the wine is sublimate by its ruby red colour and purplish nuances. The nose and palate confer noticeable hints of red fruits such as sour cherry. Need to be served at a temperature of 16/18°
Food Pairing:
The wine will match perfectly any grilled meat or pasta.
