Grape varieties:
60% Syrah, 20% Black Grenache, 20% Mourve- dre
Vineyard:
Plot selection from old vines, predominentely of Syrah and slopes selection with schist.
Winemaking:
Carbonic maceration with twenty-five days in vat.
Tasting note:
Nice deep red colour. Powerful, complex and spicy nose. Round, ample, unctuous and complex mouth with vanilla, cocoa aromas and chocolate notes. Very good aromatic persistence.
Food pairing:
Per- fect with red meat and gamey, or with soft or veined cheese.
