Vineyard:
Vines are 40 years-old on average and grow on a pebble soil in the heart of Pauillac.
Winemaking:
After a manual harvest and vatting for 3 to 4 weeks, the wine is aged for 18 months oak barrels.
Tasting note:
This wine is powerful, full-bodied and elegant, it offers blackcurrant and ripe fruit flavors with toasty notes due to the oak barrel ageing.
Food pairing:
This wine will be perfect with both red and white meats or cheeses.
